Richard Dekkers

Richard grew up in The Netherlands and studied English in primary school and high school. In 1995 he graduated from the Hogeschool West-Brabant in Breda, the Netherlands, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business Informatics. Richard worked in the Netherlands in customer service, sales and marketing for the company Hoechst / Clariant, and also did management assistant and help desk support tasks for the same company. In 2005 Richard emigrated to Guatemala and there Richard was owner of a catering business and worked for a call center where he supported US and Canadian customers of UPS. All these experiences have made Richard a person who is focused on delivering quality and excellent customer service in English, Spanish, German, as well as Dutch. In his free time Richard likes to spend time with his wife, their dogsand 2 cats and likes to travel, as he is interested in learning about other cultures. He also likes to cook and watch sports like Football, Soccer, Baseball and Basketball and is a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2012 Richard Joined BPO Innovations and currently is General Manager of the Online Media department and leads a team that is working in backofice tasks for several US and Europe based companies.
