Richard Chen

Richard is in his 22nd year in the Real Estate Industry and 20th year in the Title Industry. Having a multifaceted industry background, Richard is known for his knowledge of title and escrow and analytical foresight into solving issues. Prior to 2009, Richard served on the Board of Directors to CAREA and AREAEB. Richard has been regularly invited to speak on how to navigate the unique aspects of title and escrow specific to foreign buyers and sellers. Richard travels to Asia several times a year as liaison between United States and other Asian Countries and has brought together investors and agents across this cultural and linguistic divide. Richard assists with language, and explains local real estate customs and considerations, and most importantly educates on title and escrow - an industry that does not exist in most Asian Countries.
