My professional career started as a civil engineer within Local Government, where I inadvertently moved into public sector parking management, during this time my expertise developed through the implementation of its diverse technological solutions. Over the course of my career, I have successfully navigated and excelled in various segments of the parking industry. My expertise lies in providing technology solutions tailored to the needs of both public and private sector parking management companies. Following the resounding success of establishing IPS Group UK from its inception, my subsequent roles have been focused on reviving struggling companies, improving the top line and catalysing transformative change. My primary objectives have been to either rekindle growth or initiate it, modernise the sales force, and foster their development into high-performing teams.
