1.Inquiry and quotation Integrating resource of Ocean ,Land and Air transportation, accumulating cost with relative agent and establishing cooperation relationship. . 2.To provide transportation plan and competitive quotation based on customer’s inquiry 3.To establish and sign service contact with oversea customer To choose proper type of contract (short term or long term) through analyzing customer’s type and shipment volume. 4.Filing foreign customer’s bank info at domestic bank and FECB 5.Reconciliation and settlement To issue monthly or short term invoice to over-sea client and agent. To supervise the settlement procedure. 6.Arrange client meeting and visit customer regularly 7.Responsible for development and maintenance over-sea key account.

Project biding phase: 1.To translate and analyze tender specifications. 2. Participate in biding proposal 3.To Collect and analyze transportation cost and establish strategic price list for commercial proposal. Project operation phase: 1.To establish and maintain project daily report 2.To contact and support oversea and domestic transportation agents. To supervise the transportation procedure to insure every shipment will arrive project site in time. 3.To cooperate with warehouse and logistics department of project site to maintain the inventory level and to supervise the logistics plan based on principle of JIT. 4.To collect check and maintain all necessary custom document to insure the custom clearance will be smoothly processed. 5. To coordinate with dispatch, procurement, custom broker and port teams to control the project progress and submit progress report to project owner.
