Romar is a newly acquired business by ESAB in Apr 2008.; Preparation of budgeting & quarterly forecast. Work with all resources included supply chain, HR, production department, and top management to produce sales budget, production plan, capacity analysis, headcount requirement, capital expenditure and cash flow requirement. Monthly reporting operation performance results included profit/loss, working capital, cash flow, monthly capital expense phasing plan, finance commentary on performance and risks & opportunities. Regular contact and cooperation with Tax, SAFE and other authorities Contact, involve both internal and external audit. Daily monitor sales & production & orders on hand , report to MD to compare with monthly budget figures to find out solution if any variance may exist. Frequent discuss with other department to collect information for business planning. Monitor IT system and ERP system to ensure smoothly system operation. Achievements: Create financial structure and reporting system. Implement ERP system together with company ERP experts. Implement Esab internal control framework in acquired business together with headquarters' instruction.
