As a Naval Officer and the designated Unmanned Systems (UxS) expert for NAVEUR, I have been entrusted with the strategic responsibility of architecting and implementing it's UxS adoption and sustainment model. Operating at a director-level, my role is to bridge the gap between high-level drone warfare vision and tangible, fleet-wide execution.My core responsibilities and their impacts include:Leading UxS Infrastructure Development: Charged with creating the foundational logistics and maintenance backbone for the unmanned fleet. This responsibility led me to design a patented UxS Logistics solutions essential to future operational strategy.Directing Operational Integration & Deployment: Responsible for the strategic logistics and sustainment of first-of-their-kind unmanned operations. This authority was key to successfully executing the U.S. Navy's Black Sea reentry with USVs and managing the inaugural European deployment of USVRON-3.Driving Innovation in Sustainment & Procurement: As a handpicked Command PE SME for the DoW Rapid Capabilities Office, I am identified to implement disruptive technologies. I leveraged this intuitional trust to pioneer such things like our 3D-Printing Program, a self-initiated project now projected to reduce repair costs by 30% and deliver multi-millio dollar savings.Serving as Senior Advisor for UxS Policy: My position requires me to act as the senior subject matter expert for top-level Navy leadership.
