Perform daily operations to maximize sales through pricing, promotional displays, managing overstocked items and motivating employees Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues in accordance with Sears Holdings’ policy that benefits both the customer and the company Engage department managers to ensure that shelves are replenished, provide direction for current and future product layouts and resolve merchandise issues Coordinate multiple projects at once, delegate tasks to employees and follow up to ensure timely execution and completion Manage a staff of approximately 100 employees Assist Human Resources Manager with monthly training of employees via computer based and hands on training Emphasize a team environment where everyone plays a vital role in the overall success of the store and motivate team members to keep morale high Ensure customers are receiving superior customer service from all team members Communicate daily with associates current promotions offered in-store and online Update the in-store social media network daily as directed by corporate executives Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales items are setup and signed Installed new signing computer system and trained all associates to the system per corporate standards
