Oversee a group of 15 emergency medical technicians and security officers. Providing direction to employees on proper EMS care and non confrontational security operations. Daily health and welfare checks on independent living apartments. Monitoring fire alarm system, life safety system (press alerts and emergency pull cords), and the perimeter of the campus. Conducting security dispatching as well as emergency medical dispatching. Responding to, but not limited to all 911 calls for the property, active fire alarms, security breech incidents, power outages, HazMats, etc. Provide emergency medical services to approximately 3,000 senior citizens, 1500 employees, and all visitors.
