Responsible for all warehouse day to day management and development

The role was responsible for the operational management and development of the Distribution Centre. Whilst undertaking this role I was responsible for the relocation of the business into a purpose built Head Office and Distribution Centre. After the relocation, all of the remainiing distribution centres where eventually consolidated into one. Delivering exceptional operational efficiency, whilst delivering industry leading customer service. The project delivered a completely integrated warehouse management system, inventory management system and integrated Sales Order processing
