I offer service support and content for Latin American stakeholders of The Media Project. Under direction of Media Project leadership, I contribute to in-country delivery of conferences and trainings, including translation services, network contacts, content development, and presentation on site in Spanish.

I provided content management, editorial leadership, design and technical support for news website for the public and a global network of journalists in the developing world. I facilitated interactions and information sharing among the network participants, with special attention to Latin America. I planned and oversaw educational and professional-development seminars for members of The Media Project.

Built Concordia University Texas' first office of study abroad. Established processes for enrollment and quality control for international travel. Managed budgets. Developed risk-management models. Planned faculty-led courses.

The Media Project is a media-and-religion think tank that challenges and equips journalists to cover the role of religion in public life.

Developed three partnerships with international universities as bases for study-abroad programs. Faciliated approval processes on client campuses. Managed student recruitment and enrollment, program administration, risk and emergency protocols, budget.
