Led the way as Aerospace Camp Experience Counselor, Aerospace Camp Experience Lead Counselor, Aerospace Camp Experience Coordinator, and Aerospace Camp Experience Manager at the largest independent, non-profit air and space museum in the world! Oversaw all aspects of the Museum’s outdoor collection of large aircraft, trained, and supervised 100% of volunteers conducting tours of open aircraft, and supervised daily cleaning and periodic maintenance of all aircraft. Promoted Museum Camp Programs through the creation of promotional literature and personal appearances at multiple venues. Collaborated with CFO and Director of Human Resources to determine staffing requirements and potential costs, coordinated with Director of Information Technology to ensure that all camp equipment was up to date and functional, and expanded camp programs to offerings in Fall, Winter, and Spring to complement traditional Summer programs. Outstanding relationship building skills enabled sustained partnerships with all vendors and affinity organizations for camper activities and partner camps. Created harmonious relationships with parents, gained experience in conflict resolution, and negotiating. Ensured all camp policies and procedures were in compliance with American Camp Association (ACA) guidelines for accredited institutions and successfully completed 3 ACA Accreditation visits, earning praise from evaluators.

Supervised 5-10 personnel responsible for loading package cars for delivery runs, responsible for ensuring that all personnel complied with OSHA and company safety regulations for risk management. Responsible for efficient and accurate placement of packages in package cars by loaders, prepared daily reports of loader accuracy and productivity for senior management, and maintained superior communications with all personnel.

Responsible for reviewing more than 120 orders and work products per day for accuracy, correctness, and quality, resulting in complete packages for legal team. Promoted to Accounting Supervisor Responsible for supervising 100% Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for the Company. Responsible for supervising all company Quality Assurance functions for product quality and customer service. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and annual evaluations of all accounting and quality assurance staff. Compile and provide monthly financial reports to Accounting Manager and senior company leadership. Advise on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable status as required.
