Cogent have particular expertise in adding value to shopping centres, retail parks and high street shops. Current clients include RBS, Delancey, Bank of Ireland, Deloitte, Nationwide and CBRE. Cogent's current instructions include the asset management of the 1.4 million sq ft East Kilbride shopping centre where we have added significant capital value by delivering 5 major space user lettings, in excess of 50 unit shop lettings, a leisure development and have secured a foodstore planning consent.

Combined Property Services were responsible for delivering many successful, large scale mixed use developments from conception through to onward sale. Projects included The Forge Shopping Centre and retail Park, the Great Western Retail and Leisure Park and many other office and mixed projects. I was also MD of Retail Property Holdings, a subsidiary set up to deliver the highly successful 1 million square foot Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow. I was responsible for everything from the projects conception, funding, site acquisition, town planning, leasing strategy, management set up, marketing and asset management.
