Growing the game of golf is very important to me, In effort to progress the game we need to do everything we can to build interest in the game for the next generation.That focuses on the future starts here building a golf association that is targeted to all Michigan’s youth in three core values - instruction, leadership, and player development. To accomplish this all of Michigan’s stake-players have to come on board to lend & support in growing our game through junior golf. Developing a junior golf association will take the pressure off golf professionals and golf course owners and managers who daily schedules are full of other important activities that going on each day at their facilities? We are moving on on this now creating a governing body to manage and promote a non- profit Golf Association.This summer we will be planning 2014’s golf schedule and seeking funding to provide the benefits to all Michigan Junior golfers.
