Developed a GIS Department at RETTEW. Helped develop an Information Technology division for RETTEW. Served on Technology Team with purpose of identifying new technologies for internal use and external marketing. Trained internal and external clients in the use of GIS and other software. Managed GIS projects for numerous government and private sector clients. Developed GIS-based Internet/intranet applications for municipal websites. Created ArcView, ArcGIS, ArcIMS, and Visual Basic GIS applications for municipal and real estate clients.

I designed, developed, and maintained research databases for both internal and external clients to safeguard accuracy during analysis. I performed thorough review of project documents submitted by cross-functional teams to ensure the most up-to-date, accurate, and complete information was always being displayed. I proactively translated technical information into clear, concise presentations for both technical and non-technical internal and external clients. I developed custom software to enhance client reporting and research activities.

I planned and established a Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality (XR) startup company to provide interactive, immersive data visualization, exploration, and analytics to big data applications. I currently focus on collaborating with technical teams to coordinate schedules, construct plans, create development timelines, and analyze potential complications. I strategically develop core aspects of XR experiences; design user interfaces and the front-end of data visualization as well as architecting supporting cloud services and software.

I developed commercial simulation modeling software for diverse clients within business, education, and government markets. I directed projects through all functions, conducted software research, organized milestones and objectives, produced development plans, and analyzed potential risks and inefficiencies. I also coordinated the cohesive operations and communications between subject matter experts and software engineering teams. I was the administrator during all initiatives throughout the project life cycle of multiple client projects. I supplied mentoring and leadership to software engineers while providing comprehensive training on the best, accepted programming methodologies.

Studied Range Science and ecosystem modeling. Worked on an interdisciplinary NSF-funded project exploring the impacts of cattle grazing on biogeochemical cycles in shortgrass prairie. Created a geographical simulation model of landscape impacts of cattle on nitrogen cycling.
