After 8 years at Red Bull, 6 of which spent working on world class sporting projects, I have become a Director at Iconic Agency. Iconic Agency is a sports marketing agency specialising in athlete management and creative marketing solutions for brands across the world. With in-depth knowledge of the sporting landscape, our goal is to deliver unique concepts and maximise results for our clients through innovation and passion.

Responsible for strategically growing the Red Bull UK athlete portfolio, responsible for Athlete Management team, 43 athletes and management of an annual budget of circa GBP 2 million. This role encompasses all points within the previous Athlete Manager role, with an increased managerial/strategic emphasis, and more internal management control. Identifying strategic growth of the athlete programme, working on new sporting disciplines through relevant athlete partnerships, annual athlete activation plans and integrated communication plans ; Management of Red Bull Athlete Management team, ensuring that athlete project, activations and budgets are managed correctly ; Leading annual Business Planning, working on new creative projects that portray brand and athlete characters.
