Je-S Programme – multi-million pound programme to transform the process interactions between the Research Councils and the research community from a paper based system to a fully electronic process. Responsible for the Business Requirements definition in consultation with the user community, covering proposals, peer review, offers, final reports, expenditure statements and annual statements.

* Project Manager EMEA Investment Banking * JP Morgan Swift Messaging – Six Sigma process improvement project, delivering savings of $440,000 p.a. * JPMorgan Milan Stock membership project. Produced business case, and managed User Acceptance Testing. * JPMorgan Paris desk project, enabling trading of French securities for London based clients via a local desk in Paris. * JPMorgan / Fleming /Chase merger – responsible for the new harmonised order processing and trading of Japanese and Far East Securities for UK and European clients.

Business Analyst responsible for Peer Review project analysis and process design, identifying the best location (Research Council or Shared Service) for the each of the activities.

Developed Business Case to enhance the Research Councils' Gateway to Reseach portal Specified requirement to add outcomes of research from the ResearchFish collections system.

* Supported project management to deliver an Outline Business Case to improve HR, IT, Estates and Operations management. Set up and managed the PMO, with responsibility for the programme manager, project managers and business analysts. * Managed the Site Services Procure-to-Pay project to improve the issues leading to non-payment of invoice. * Following merger of PPARC and CCLRC, completed the Je-S Programme - grant maintenance & pre-award tracker.

Process Manager (Transaction Capture). * London Securities Year 2000 project manager. * Responsible for introducing process efficiencies, and eliminating the paper based order management and trading front-office processes * Developed RFI & RFP, resulting in procurement and implementation of the Fidessa system from RoyalBlue. * Developed straight-through–process from order entry to execution on SETS through to confirmation, settlement and automatic reconciliation. * IT Analyst/ Programmer * Automatic Stock Reconciliations (SWIFT) – Analyst programmer * Far East Securities Deal Capture and Settlement system ( analysis and design) * Robert Fleming Client Interface (providing electronic transaction and portfolio information to clients) * Selected for the Career Development programme for the Bank’s future leaders
