I have been in Sales and Management for over 20 years. The best way to sell is to know your product and your niche well so that you can find and educate the customers that are losing time and money for the lack of your product. As a manager I believe that I am a tool to help employees perform to the peak of their abilities. I try to provide resources and empower with goals rather than micromanage with meticulous directions. I aim to be a multiplier rather than a diminisher. I am trained in old-fashioned customer service and believe that if customer satisfaction is your number one concern then the sales will follow like sowing tiny seeds brings abundant crops.
