Richard Hewer

Head of In Vitro Pharmacology @ Cerevance

About

Experienced Researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. An In Vitro Pharmacologist and Cell Biologist experienced in working in a range of therapeutic areas including Neuroscience, Metabolism and Cardiovascular. I've led preclinical projects, directed and developed a team of in vitro pharmacologists, outsourced and managed high throughput screens and bespoke mechanistic pharmacology, and interfaced with expert consultants. I'm keenly interested in the many facets of science and drug discovery and love contributing my expertise to progress complex projects, particularly when interacting with like-minded individuals across the drug discovery disciplines.
