As Delivery Partner Manager I successfully managed a team of six Delivery Partner Coordinators and one Lead office support. We managed over 50 Delivery Partners including all of Public Lighting requirements, All pole 2 pit civil works, All pole staking (pole support), No go Zones, Ground Maintenance and all plant and equipment hire. Our team also managed any accreditation evaluations for anyone who wanted to work on AusNet Services network as an accredited service provider. Out of all these delivery partners we would field audit, pay invoices via SAP, conduct management meetings and executive meeting and set KPI's and evaluate them. I would also run tenders, setup tender panels, make variation agreement changes and fully manage the procurement of these contracts. Procedures and Policy's were reviewed written and published by myself for the business to follow and understand.

Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant Operations) Field Auditing, management of Delivery Partners, raising purchase orders via SAP, approving invoices and risk assessments of plant and work types. Accredit service provider evaluations, tender planning, operational meetings, JSA reviews and day to day management of all delivery partners and plant and equipment hire.

Co-Ordinate electrical projects from a team of over 100 Electricians. This included risk assessments and coordinating the hierarchy of risk according to findings of work types from electrical reviews.

Managing a workshop of 35 people consisting of Electricians, Fitter and Turners, toolmakers and stores people. Working with Production Managers to effectively have an overall efficiency when it came to run times by reducing breakdowns and communicating throughout the plant why preventative maintenance was important. Achievements Help set up new Maintenance operating systems so we could monitor and have more information on past and future failures. Implementation of SAP into the workshop so trades could use collections of job sheets to review past information Reduced store inventory by having external customers having stock items on their shelves Created new jobs so we would have 2 team leaders per trade to co-ordinate day to day work Ran daily monitoring meetings so team leaders always knew of priority's Implemented various multi-skill training so none value time was not wasted by trades people. Supported senior management in successful communication meetings outlining the past and present 24hrs of machine efficiency.

Responsible for the Managing of 17 full time Electricians covering 24 hour 7 day week coverage of the plant. Signing of on all installations and breakdowns as per chief Electrical regulations. Outsourcing of other trades as needed to balance the work load between improvements and maintenance. Organizing of the training for staff so they could have a better understanding of equipment to reduce OEE. Achievements Balanced shift rosters so plant was always covered for breakdowns reducing downtime. Reduced overtime by planning Preventative Maintenance during scheduled times that would not impact production. Secured new external customers for stores inventory and purchases

Responsible for the moving of our Sydney plant into our existing Melbourne plant without causing any disruptions to the operations of manufacturing. Providing leadership and direction to Trades teams, external customers achieving budget targets, optimising manufacturing processes and ensuring a safe & compliant operation. Also responsible for major safety upgrades as per Australian Standards. Achievements Visited Germany and America to purchase/negotiate new machinery as our plant size was doubling. Trained staff and trades on the operating instructions of new factory machinery Achieved all my KPI's and kept under month budgets. Doubled factory output due to the size and improvements of the new installations. Implemented a number of Capital Projects for approximately $1 Million of new improvements.

Supervised a Maintenance department consisting of 30 trades people. Using Mex and SAP as operating systems. Preventative Maintenance, Breakdowns, R&D and Installations.

Industrial Electrician role working with a team of Electricians and Fitter and turners directly working with the Engineering department. Making uptime of machinery was met via PM's and continuous improvements. Installations of new machinery and upgrades of existing machinery. Achievements Attended night school for 5 years to further my Electrical knowledge in Electronics, PLC's and Industrial Controls. Studied and trained staff of Safe Guarding of Machinery according to AS 4024.1 Installed and ran Major new installations to the business within set time lines. Studied in drafting (AutoCAD level 1) to upgrade all Electrical drawings from a paper database to a Computer standard soft/hard copy. Gained a HV(high voltage) licence so I could be available to repair understand any major faults.

Risk Plant Assessments
