Web Based Applications: Manually System tested a new Siebel eBusiness application, Premisys, with over 9000 users worldwide. Wrote, Updated, and Manually executed over 200 test cases using HP Quality Center to verify the System functions according to Business Requirements document. Worked with Business Analyst, Development, and Test Teams in 4 countries across 3 time zones, (Argentina, Dominican Republic, India, Philippines), to ensure new functionality adheres to Business Requirements document. Located, isolated, and documented on HP Quality Center all System inconsistencies. Discovered and reproduced obscure defects documenting them with a clear concise description of events leading to trouble. Conducted Regression Testing to ensure existing system functionality is maintained. Worked on Integration Testing with (End-to-End) Test Team to verify correct processing of all system inputs and outputs. Demonstrated new system functionality to clients to obtain Acceptance Testing sign off.

Pertains to the streamlining, simplification, and automation of the Sales Cycle beginning with the Quoting Process to the Customer Contract. Conducted UAT testing on the ProQuest/Global Contracting Tool system by using the Business Requirements to write/execute test cases creating Enterprise contracts for Verizon Wireline Services. Delivered Verizon Rapid Delivery software enhancement implementations for a World Wide user base by writing QA test cases and using teamwork during non business hours to work on Production Shake Out Testing to simplify and streamline the Quote to Order experience. Wrote Ecommerce test cases on QC ALM allowing Enterprise customers to order additional services via a data driven point of sale method for existing Verizon Rapid Delivery contracts. Worked on End-to-End testing for Verizon Rapid Deliver (VRD). Conducted UAT testing on the Verizon Global Contracting system.
