I am committed to helping managers, directors, owners, trustees and politicians develop their capacity to lead and manage services, organisations and relationships. I have two main interests; the first of which is helping leaders develop their capacity to work effectively with colleagues from within and outside their organisation, in connection with which I use a range of psychometric instruments such as OPQ, PMC and MBTI. My second interest centres on helping organisational leaders develop effective approaches to commissioning, planning and budget management. Specialties: Coaching and mentoring, training and lecturing. Design and management of development centres using a wide range of psychometric instruments. Facilitating large scale events, leadership teams. Organisational development in the areas of budget management, financial leadership, creativity, business planning and collaborative working. Particular expertise in working with health and local government, in particular adult social care.
