With over 20 years of experience, I lead A&M's Operational Due Diligence practice. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping my clients develop opportunities to unlock value, and execute to deliver sustainable operating and EBITDA benefits. I have a track record of leading initiatives to meet or exceed targets, taking a collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to large-scale transformation, leveraging technology, and change management. I have been involved in numerous buy and sell-side diligences across sectors including waste, infrastructure, distribution, field/technician-based businesses, equipment rental, energy services, business services, staffing, and professional services. My client projects focus on enhancing sales and pricing capabilities, reducing costs, and driving improvements to deliver sustainable operating and financial benefits. I led the end-to-end diligence, carve-out, integration, and full operational turnaround of a hazardous waste business. I have also been involved in multiple high-urgency performance improvement and turnaround projects in waste, business services, oil and gas, energy services, and software in both public and private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, I was at KPMG where I led the Strategy Private Equity Channel team responsible for building and growing the operational diligence and performance improvement business.
