-Provide support to any number of projects from an operational, financial and resource standpoint. -Plan, staff, and supervise all assigned work unit activities through subordinate managers to ensure a cohesive operational unit. -Coordinate and confer with leadership team to resolve operating problems and difficulties, and authorize department operational procedures within corporate framework. Serve as Leadership team member (LT).

• Responsible to develop and implement Operations, Engineering and maintenance strategies that achieve operational objectives in support of the overall business vision. • Oversee all global Operations for Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales Support. • Develop and drive an operating culture that promotes consistency of behaviors that lead to superior business performance.

Lead team of managers & engineers responsible for strategic project management, industrial engineering, facilities & maintenance support for transfer products, new product introduction, new facilities start-up and capital/expense management.

• Direct project & automation engineers and guide them in the execution and implementation of projects: acquisition of new products, reducing operating costs, new technologies, etc.) • Work directly with the Facilities / Maintenance / Operations department in the execution of projects related to new equipment, product transfer or facility improvements. • Supervise the complaints department, responsible for responding the filed complaints, implementing corrective actions that eliminate failure / defect that generate the complaint from the customers.

• Lead the engineering department, responsible of providing service to the production line, including: processes validations (computers, software, new and / or modify manufacturing processes, etc.) • Responsible of the process improvements, focused on cost reduction task. •Working with defects and / or nonconformity generated in the manufacturing process to eradicate and reduce recurrence.

•Execution of major projects to reduce operating costs. •Lead the investigations of critical defects. •Perform validations of new production lines
