I have over a decade of experience advising multinational companies on U.S. immigration, including work visas (H-1B, L-1, E-2/3, TN, O-1) and green card processes (PERM, EB-1, EB-2/EB-3). I have developed and implemented immigration strategies for large and mid-size companies in the technology, consulting, financial services, fashion, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as represented small companies and start-ups with securing initial visas and developing their immigration programs. I strongly believe a key to any successful program is leveraging technology to create efficiencies wherever possible, allowing us to focus on the client's needs instead of administrative tasks. Outside of work, I am an avid hiker - completing numerous hikes all over the Northeast U.S. as well as in more remote locations throughout North America and Europe. Related to this is my strong support of animal welfare and animal rescue agencies, because dogs are the best hiking companions.
