In my position as Director of Sales I supervise and train a staff of approximately 30 outside sales representatives; manage sales and advertising budgets; maintain close personal contact with and make presentations to buyers at key accounts; oversee all aspects of the companies sales and marketing efforts, including design and production of its print catalog and maintenance of its website; maintain the existing customer base in addition to open and develop new accounts; manage the companies NYC showroom as well as meet with the majority of our major customers during our various industry Market Week meetings. I developed our successful Drop Ship program from the ground up. As President and Managing Partner, my additional responsibilities include product and packaging development and legal adherence; product purchasing and negotiations with overseas suppliers; inventory management along with sales forecasts and projections, oversee our NY warehouse and staffing.
