Base Oil Sales order management in SAP along with other sales oriented softwares. Responsibile for ordering and scheduling of base oil shipments via rail, truck and barges

Responsible for international and domestic payroll operations and implementation of upgrades and realignment of payroll data submittal processes from multiple international operations.

Responsibilities included all project cost and revenue reporting, cost distribution reports, daily construction progress reports, processing weekly payroll for over 500 employees, union benefit reports, all project invoicing, processing purchase orders for accounts payable, all general field office procedures on multi-million dollar pipeline construction projects. Processing of all field Right of Way and Claims issues

* Responsibilities include: * Securing new right-of-way from landowners and negotiating after-construction surface damages. * Negotiating and drafting real property, road, grazing, office and other leases and easements with private and governmental entities. * Handling real estate transactions related to the acquisition and sale of company owned real property. * Securing rights of way for pipeline, compressor sites, electrical lines, and related production facilities in the Texas Gulf Coast and Southwest Louisiana regions. * Settling landowners’ claims related to loss or damage of real and personal property due to production and pipeline activities in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana

* Liaison between international office in The Ivory Coast, Africa and Houston office. * Duties included: * Purchasing and shipping of domestic materials required for international pipeline construction projects. Scheduling employment dates of personnel during installation of the pipeline. Arranging personnel travel at the start of project. * Preparation of all invoicing to clients. * Preparation of payroll and personal banking for international personnel.
