Excited to Take on New Opportunities as a Scrum Master! After spending valuable time with my newborn, I've recently relocated to Mumbai and am eager to return to work, ready to embrace new challenges. With a strong technical background in Spring technology, hands-on experience in Java, and almost 10 years at HSBC where I built a solid foundation in the Banking Domain, I'm excited to take the next step in my career as a Scrum Master. At HSBC, I earned great credentials and had the opportunity to lead a team of API designers, giving me end-to-end insights into how systems operate and integrate, which will enable me to bridge the gap between development and business teams efficiently. In addition to my technical expertise, I hold certifications in VMware Spring Professional and Scrum Master, equipping me to foster agile practices and deliver valuable solutions to dynamic teams. My technical knowledge will enable me to proactively support development teams, address blockers, and facilitate smooth sprint cycles. I'm eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organization and kickstart the next phase of my career.
