SBC was started by the Chapman family in 1951 by our Grandmother & Grandfather, Helen and Fred Chapman. The focus of our college has always been student driven, Since its inception the college has been an active member of the NACC (National Association of Career Colleges) and provincial association as well. The college has focused on three key areas, academic achievements, strong literacy and computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite in all our programs. SBC also has a Corporate training division which was formed in 2002. Attached to the college it has two fully equipped labs with room for 18 PC's in the large lab and 10 in the smaller lab with a VPN connection and dedicated network. Our focus is on the Microsoft Office 2016 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Quickbooks 2015. In addition we offer several Microsoft Technical courses in SharePoint, Server 2016, SQL, PowerShell, Office 365, and more. We also offer Microsoft Cloud licensing which we started in 2017 in MIcrosoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and more.
