• Managed the procurement of paper-based and flexible packaging for Nestlé in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. • Managed a team consisting of a Buyer and a Procurement Specialist to optimize sourcing strategies. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sustainability initiatives and quality standards.

• Led the transition to sustainable and recycle-ready flexible packaging across multiple regions, including Australia, Thailand, Japan and New Zealand. • Managed a Procurement Specialist, fostering a collaborative and innovative procurement environment.

• Managed procurement strategies for corrugated board, microflute, and solidboard across EMENA, enhancing supply chain efficiency. • Managed procurement operations for key business units, including Nutrition and Health Science, in diverse markets such as Israel and UAE. • Led a dedicated team, driving initiatives that resulted in cost savings and improved supplier relationships.

Wrote and Published on the Scientific Journal “Springer” an article on Global Product Development and its links with the Supply Chain.
