I am a professional and a person in continuous construction. After discovering that some things are not as they should be, I dove deep into learning, training and developing new skills, so that as a better human being I can also be a better person and professional. Caring about others is some kind of obligation to me. I am a very curious engineer, always moving forward to learn more and more about what I like and sometimes what I do not like as well. Great skills in schematic and layout designs in analog or digital area. Any RF circuit is a fuel to move beyond. Aerospace area is where my studies effort is lately focused. Advanced researches, circuits developments and radiofrequency are what I most like to do. I am also learning microelectronics by myself. My personal major experiences were to visit Singapore, Taiwan and Penang electronics gigafactories, also the visit to the ETRI institute in South Korea. As great accomplishments, as I can tell, was to engage a team (15 employees/friends) of product development to do their jobs as good, as happy and as collaborative as possible and then achieving 130% of efficiency when compared with past period in the company with others team leaders. For me this was awesome! After discovering that I have no limits to learn, and that I am inefficient in just things I haven't try it harder, I started a new journey to learn what I not knew yet. I maybe become good at anything I am want to do. Summary of Qualifications • Experience in project leadership; - Led a team of 15+ members at Inatel / Condor / Irricontrol for more than 8 years acting as a hardware team leader. • Experience in radiofrequency project development: - Printed antennas - master degree area; - Oscillators and frequency synthesizer for ISDBTb television transmitters standard; - Cavity filters and duplexers; - Amplifier (small and large signals). • Experience in analog and digital project development: - Mixed signal desing; - High speed circuits as DDR3 and DDR4 technology; - Energy meters and several IoT sensors; - Switched power supplies, frequency inverters, etc; - Wireless communications modules: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ZigBee, etc. • Handled Softwares: - Ansys HFSS, Genesys, ADS, OrCad, Altium, Qucs, KiCad, CircuitLab, NGspice, LTspice, etc. • Handled Equipments: - Oscilloscopes, signal generators, vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc. • Basic experience in signal integrity and power distribution network analyses; • Basic experience in micro PCB design for IC.
