Maintain complete supply balance and visibility for assigned Toshiba storage products. Manage and control aging inventory and communicate financial impacts to management. Monitor inbound supply from various factories and overseas company locations to ensure supply accuracy and on time delivery, with focus on logistics cost reductions. Calculate and monitor factory origin to DC/VMI transit times to develop optimal routings. Maintain Daily Shipping Schedule and the cross-functional ATP supply allocation tools. Update and maintain internal system item master file for price quotations (IPP). Monitor freight forwarder and 3PL service levels and escalate performance degradation through appropriate channels for swift resolution. Execute Return to Vendor processes as required. Work with Global Supply Chain Management in Japan on cost savings projects

Manages the inbound supply planning function while working with the worldwide supply chain team to balance supply for assigned products. Responsible for managing all aspects of materials flow and for maintaining control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, electronic receiving & shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

In charge of Inventory & Logistics, converting raw data into accurate and accessible information via asset control while managing the day to day operations within the Logistics Department and 60+ Global forward stocking locations. Proactively controlling the effective forwarding and reverse flow and storage of parts and services to meet SLA. Continuously interacting with Vendors & Transportation to identify areas of improvement and assist in creating and implementing solutions. Working together with Accounting during month end reconciliation process. Generate inventory level variance and activity reports as required to ensure transparency of inventory risks to the Logistics Manager. Scheduling and performing routine inventory audits.
