I lead product development. My focus is to understand how manufacturers share product information and to remove friction for customers and internal teams. I spend time with operations and support leaders, map their current process for manuals and FAQs, and turn those needs into clear, simple features. I guide discovery, prioritization, and delivery so answers are easy to find, accurate, and always current. The result is fewer repetitive tickets, lower spend on print, and document distribution that feels reliable. Before this, I worked as a senior software engineer. I shipped products across Rails, Vue, and data tooling, and I partnered with operations, support, and product teams to solve practical problems. I care about clean architecture, steady releases, and measurable results. The habits I bring to product work are the same ones I used as an engineer. Write things down. Watch how people actually work. Measure adoption, time to answer, and ticket deflection. Improve in small steps. What matters to me is clarity for customers and simple workflows for teams. I like sitting with the people who use the process, learning what slows them down, and translating that into features that make their day easier.
