Two of my main strengths are the diversity of experiences I possess in the food area and the passion I have for teamwork. I enjoy working with people, interact and discuss in order to boost the potential to success and to create new ways to solve and achieve. I also like to set goals and define tasks to work towards to. In order to achieve them I apply two of my best skills: focus and ability to prioritize. In my opinion, anything can be continuously improved and I also think that leadership is based on two key principles: competence (and its recognition) and common sense.
