Responsible for the preparation, validation with clients and civil, mechanical and electrical implementation of tanks for the storage of bulk liquids, having a direct engineering team of 11 people, plus 500 employees in the construction sector, in addition to third-parties of various sectors of activity, with bases in Santos and Guarulhos. Main Achievements: • We built the first Private Pier in the port of Santos in the amount of R$45 million. Monitored measurements with CONTERN contractor, in addition to monitor the electrical and mechanical adjustments in order to obtain the AVCB, Cetesb and Navy for operation of PIER 1. • We projected and built two carbon steel tank basins (24 and 12 tanks, respectively), and one stainless steel tank basin, in the amount of R$40 million. • In adapting tanks, we prepared the facility adequacy project, supervised its implementation and managed all contact with clients during these phases supported by the commercial sector, in order to store special inputs such as Phenol Ac. Lauric (Colgate), Benzene (Petrobras and Brasken), Styrene (Lyondell - USA), Butyl Acrylate + Raw Acrylic Acid + Acrylonitrile (BASF), among others. • Projected and monitored the implementation of the computerized monitoring system of 230 tanks, 3 ships and 30 truck loading platforms, allowing automating part of transfer operation with agility and safety (and adjustment to the national and international ABTL standards). • Responsible for preventive maintenance of Storage Tank, from painting plan to the validation of wall thickness and move of material/soil.

Key Achievements: • Led the relocation of warehouses from raw materials to finished goods, going through layout changes in the conditioning area, allowing free space for six new lines and seven new processing equipments installation. • Achieved reduction in the number of accidents, from three to 0,8 per month, and implemented the pillars of Safety Hazard Assessment Procedure. • Managed projects, interacting with R&D and Quality departments, obtaining: an important reduction in the number of complaints (SAC) from 1.100 to 800 by month. substantial factory improvement, regarding GMP protocol, from 63% compliance to 85%.
