NousQ Pte Ltd is a Singapore medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and commercialise medical technology and devices for patients. CLiKX is NousQ's first medical device from our technology platform. CLiKX is the world's first handheld robotic surgical device that aims to revolutionise the insertion of grommet tubes for an estimated 18 million children all over the world with otitis media with effusion ("glue ears"). Glue ears is the number one reason children seek medical help from paediatricians. CLiKX was developed with over SGD 5 million in competitive research grant funding from Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) and National Research Foundation of Singapore. Host institutions were the National University of Singapore and SG Innovate. CLiKX aims to move the surgery out from the operating theatre to the doctor's clinic. CLiKX can do the glue ear surgery without the need of an operating theatre, general anaesthesia and expensive surgical microscopes. This significantly reduces the risks and cost of glue ear surgery in developed countries. In developing countries, CLiKX will be a lifeline to the large underserved population of millions of children afflicted with glue ear infections. NousQ aims to provide patient-centric medical solutions that patients really want and need. We aspire not only to innovate to optimize healthcare delivery for existing patients, but also to meet the needs of the many millions of patients who cannot access care currently.

As the Head of Strategic Planning & Business Development, I have the overall responsibility for the strategic formulation, origination, evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives for Parkway Pantai. I am also in charge of the end-to-end M&A project management which includes negotiations, valuation, structuring, due diligence and stakeholder management. Other responsibilities include the post-merger integration, management of partner shareholders and to serve as a board member in invested companies.
