In charge of the administration and operation of the project including planning, finnacial resources, relations with investors, clients, suppliers.

Responsible for the operation and administration of all the business unit. Assurance of quality, maintenance, production efficiency, cost reduction, satisfy production requirements, leadership of the working teams and realtions with local authorities and suppliers.

Responsible for the operations of the two quarries and crushing systems of the company in Saltillo and Monterrey. ¨Responsible for the implementation of a production and maintenance system. Reestructure the organization based on indicators, budgets and expansion plans. Active part in the reestructuration of the relation with suppliers and renegotiation with main suppliers. Acquisition of new machinery and increase of the production capacity.

Responsible of the operations of a cement plant in Merida Yucatán. Sales of more than 100 hundred million dollars annually. Implement several cost reduction projects and process efficciency innovations to make more efficient and redituable the plant.

Asignado por Cemex México a un proyecto de formaciòn para desarrollo como DIrector de Planta de la empresa. Asignado a conocer todas las actividades del Director de Planta en aspectos operativos, administrativos, relaciones con Sindicatos, autoridades, clientes y comunidades. Durante mi período en esta planta estuve asignado temporalmente como Gerente de Operaciones de la mayor planta del grupo en España.
