I lead AJC International’s global transportation and warehousing functions, overseeing a high-performing team of 15 logistics professionals located in Atlanta, Medellín, Buenos Aires, and Utrecht. Together, we manage the movement of over 35,000 refrigerated containers annually across international trade lanes. My responsibilities include: Leading global transportation strategy across ocean, trucking, and rail, ensuring reliable capacity and cost efficiency. Managing strategic relationships, rates, and contract negotiations with ocean carriers, rail providers, trucking partners, and cold storage providers. Overseeing contract management for transportation and warehousing, ensuring compliance, performance, cost optimization, and providing pricing visibility through One Globe, AJC Connect. Leading the team’s engagement with transportation and cold storage providers, focusing on service performance, capacity planning, and rate management. Driving cross-functional alignment between the transportation-warehousing team and procurement, sales, operations, and all functional management teams. Supporting business continuity through proactive capacity planning, market intelligence, and risk mitigation. Developing talent and fostering collaboration across a globally distributed team, with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement. With a focus on agility, reliability, and global coordination, I work to ensure that AJC’s supply chain remains a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.
