Responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies for Argos in Honduras. The company has a cement factory and a grinding station and over 200 direct employees.

Responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies for Lafarge in Venezuela. The company had two cement factories and thirteen concrete factories with more than 750 people and five unions. Transferred to Honduras after the nationalization of the company in Venezuela

Master of Business Administration. Concentration in Finance and Marketing. Honorary Member of the Financial Management Association. Recipient of the Dean's Special Service Award. VP Finance of the International Business Council representing students from more than 15 countries. Member of the International Student Resource Group, organizing presentations of Venezuela through the St. Louis community.

Awarded the Chancellor’s Honor List 1991-92 for student excellence and participation. Director of Finance of AIESEC-UNIMET, Local Committee was elected as best in Latin America. Organized a Career Week in which 22 firms interviewed more than 150 students. Acted as liaison between the students and companies. During thesis work, was sent by sponsoring company (Alfaquartz C.A.) to the Material Processing Center at M.I.T. as a Research Affiliate (Jul. 91 - Sep. 91); the thesis received the highest grade with honors, and was used to improve the quality and the manufacturing process at Alfaquartz.
