I am a logistics and sales support professional with over 16 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, and international client communication. Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, I bring a hands-on, practical approach to managing operations, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processes.My background includes high-volume warehouse environments in the UK, where I managed goods-in, dispatch, stock control, and order processing, as well as operating equipment and maintaining efficient workflows. I later expanded into quality control and production operations, ensuring materials met strict operational standards.More recently, I have moved into international sales support within the base oil and commodities sector. In this role, I work closely with clients across Asia and other global markets, handling enquiries, coordinating with suppliers, providing pricing updates, and supporting logistics execution.Alongside this, I have gained teaching experience in Vietnam, delivering English lessons (KET, PET, Flyers, IELTS), which has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds.I am known for being reliable, adaptable, and straightforward, with a strong work ethic and a focus on getting results.
