Volunteered at the International Conference on Surgical Innovation (ICSI), supporting the delivery of a large-scale academic surgical conference. Assisted with speaker coordination, session logistics, registration, and attendee support. Supported smooth conference operations and engagement among clinicians, researchers, and students. Gained exposure to cutting-edge research and discussions in surgical innovation and education.

Leading curriculum design for AMSA’s reproductive health program. Coordinated speaker sessions, educational materials, and student learning activities.

In the process of completing a comprehensive program focused on reproductive health, delving into key topics such as maternal health, contraception, abortion rights, and reproductive justice. Engaging in case studies, policy discussions, and evidence-based approaches to advocate for better reproductive health outcomes. Gaining insights into global and national challenges in reproductive healthcare, strengthening my ability to approach these issues from both a medical and advocacy perspective.

Engaged with prospective students through blogs, mentorship, and social media content. Shared insights into student life and academic opportunities at RCSI.

Created and delivered training for medical students on building student-led clinics, for RCSI's Step 2 Project. Designed clinic resources and pioneered a four-level evaluation model; co-authoring manuscripts in progress.

Conducted a lab-based project on extracellular matrix stiffness and triple-negative breast cancer. Gained technical skills in microscopy, tissue embedding, paraffin processing, and staining techniques (H&E, immunological, Direct Red 80).

As the Learning Community Leader for Grafton at RCSI, I work to create a supportive and engaging environment for students. Through peer-led study sessions and active collaboration, I aim to enhance academic success while promoting a strong sense of community and mentorship.

Contributed to a nationwide project advocating for wider AED access across Ireland. Supported research and awareness campaigns to improve community emergency response.

Organizing speaker events and workshops on leadership in healthcare. Helped students develop skills in innovation, teamwork, and management.

Planned and executed academic and networking events connecting students with researchers. Increased participation and strengthened community engagement.

Directed academic initiatives including study sessions, and faculty-led talks. Enhanced peer learning and resource-sharing for the student body.

Leading campaigns to raise awareness and funds for global child health initiatives. Collaborated with partners to deliver impactful events and student engagement opportunities.

Directed two systematic reviews on neonatal and maternal health in partnership with NGOs in Nigeria and Cameroon. Strengthened evidence base for community health interventions.

I am excited to share that I am now a We-Consent Ambassador! As part of this role, I will be undertaking a project focused on promoting consent and fostering a culture of respect and understanding within our community. This opportunity allows me to contribute to raising awareness and educating others about the importance of consent in all aspects of life. I look forward to making a positive impact and working alongside others to create a safer, more informed environment for everyone.
