ARTS Coordinator - Assistant Deputy Minister's Office, Indigenous Partnerships and Strategic Supp.
Responsible for the coordination of divisional correspondence and Action Requests of the Assistant Deputy Minister’s Office (ADMO) within IPaSS. Ensured the ADM, DM, and Minister receive timely and accurate briefings on current and emerging issues, and that issues are effectively communicated and contained input from all affected program areas. In this position, I assessed emerging issues, determined the nature and priorities, researched and coordinated supporting information and took appropriate action to ensure inquiries were dealt with in a timely, accurate and coordinated manner within the Division.
