I had been hired as a Leader in Training. The goal of my position was to spend time in each department and position the company has to offer. After 6 months of training, I was asked by the Owner and Director of Store Operations to return to Byram Shoprite from Home to enhance the department and increase efficiencies. I was given the responsibility of creating two ShopRite from Home departments in Franklin and Sparta. Currently, I supervise and oversee the two largest ShopRite from Home departments with approximately 160 associates as an E-Commerce Specialist. I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager in Training before accelerating my career with our Co-Op Wakefern.
