In my current role as a Marketing & Communication Intern at Eurabus, I focus on supporting strategic growth initiatives and international market expansion. This role has strengthened my skills in communication, market research, and cross-cultural engagement, which I also apply in my work with YANA. Support international communication efforts, gaining hands-on experience with audience-specific marketing approaches and market adaptation. Develop content to enhance brand visibility, contributing to a greater understanding of global outreach and strategic positioning. Cultivate cross-cultural communication skills, helping me to engage effectively with diverse audiences and apply these insights to YANA’s expansion goals.

Worked independently as a real estate freelancer, managing property projects and providing exterior design insights. This role enhanced my management abilities and deepened my understanding of client-focused service. Managed client relationships, coordinated project tasks, and developed plans to ensure successful project delivery. Built foundational skills in leadership, negotiation, and independent project management, all of which support my work as an entrepreneur.

Managed daily operations and customer service at a high-traffic cafe, overseeing team coordination and quality standards. Led a team of baristas and staff, handling hiring and training to ensure exceptional customer service. Implemented operational improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency. Developed strong people management skills, which have been valuable in my entrepreneurial journey and leadership at YANA.
