As an HR Manager & Lead Recruiter , my day-to-day duties include job postings, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews between managers, reference check, negotiating job salary, on-boarding and handling the exit formalities. Apart from this, at L&H we wear multiple hats so I also took up handling social media and client accounts for daily postings. I've worked with brands like BRB, Lemonade, Anaar, Asaya, Woodsmen & Sugarbox.

Handling the customers who come to store & on calls, daily management of operations such as preparing balancing sheets & closing sheets, scheduling pickup & deliveries for customers and resolving customer queries.

Worked as Customer Service Officer for the By-Elections for Mayor. Assisted in greeting voters, checking, and matching their ID’s and providing guidance to them in any queries related to voting requirements and setting up the place before the voting begins.

As part of their social media team, my role included creating content, post planning and research, scheduling posts, creating content for reels and handling timely posting. I've worked on creating content for the live sessions held on the social media. Apart from this my role also needed me to reach out to potential collaborators for giveaways/contests and live sessions. A major part of my role here at TWR was working on creating the content, planning the social media calendar and designs for the invites for Halloween event held in Hyderabad, India and managing content and posting for the Scout Course Promotions and marketing strategies for Scout Course.

During my internship at TWR, I worked on building the HR Department and brushed up on skills like Research, On-Boarding Process for the company, content creation for BookMyShow event, Dr Seuss event and planning strategies for SEL day and Scout Course.

As part of my internship, I developed multiple skills in operations, recruiting process, on-boarding and exit formalities, setting up and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.
