✧ Led web data analysis using SQL / Python to analyze the customer behavior and loyalty, divided the customer sample into Aware, Interest, Purchase, Loyalty; Presented 20+ pages customized and insightful campaign plan according to customer portrait to senior manager and clients ✧ Created weekly report based on transaction data (20 million+) including key indicators of RFM model (recency/frequency/monetary) for such firms as Furla, Swatch, Peets etc.; Provided customer value improvement solutions to different types of products, which has been used by the client company

 Reviewed the corrosion behavior of 316 stainless steel (316SS) as a structural material used in molten salts reactor (MSR) and concentrating solar power (CSP).  Prepared material samples with a grinder-polisher, and analyzed the corrosion characteristics, including corrosion depth, cross-section morphology, element loss and crystal phase with EMPA, SEM, TEM and OM and analyzed the effects of oxide scales on the corrosion of 316SS in molten chlorides.  The review and experimental results helped deepen the understanding of SS316 as a candidate structural material for MSR and CSP, and also data mined other material data with Python.  Established a scoring system considering both money and corrosion performance, and calculated the overall cost of different materials.
