I currently lead end-to-end supply chain operations at Southern Telecom, overseeing inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution across multiple locations. I collaborate closely with 3PL warehouses to optimize warehouse management systems, improve process efficiency, and maintain accurate inventory. I manage high-value shipments while ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and operational standards. I leverage NetSuite, SPS Commerce, DiCentral, QuickBooks, and TMS tools to enhance inventory visibility, streamline EDI workflows, and support seamless cross-department collaboration. Through effective demand forecasting and supply planning, I drive operational efficiency and ensure reliable fulfillment across all channels.

In my role at Oh! Nuts, I successfully managed end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs and RFPs, strengthening supplier partnerships and improving overall purchasing efficiency. I optimized inventory levels to reduce excess stock and support consistent product availability across the business. I also processed purchase orders in SalesPad and tracked all deliveries through Airtable, ensuring discrepancies were resolved quickly and operations stayed on schedule. Through proactive market research and supplier performance analysis, I identified key cost-saving opportunities that contributed to more effective budgeting and stronger operational performance. My collaboration with cross-functional teams helped streamline procurement workflows and support company-wide goals for efficiency and cost control.
