I'm the author of Nirvana. I worked together with CHIADO Ediciones's team in the edition and publishing of my book.

I work as a recruiter, in the Recruiters team of Randstad Chile. My responsibilities are related to the selection process, from the reception of the application to the delivery of the three according to vacancies. My functions are: publication of notices in internet portals, curricular filter, telephone screening, face-to-face and telephone interviews by competences, psycho-labor evaluations, interviews in English for bilingual positions; generation of psycho-occupational and competency reports, convert CV in the Randstad format according to service, check references if necessary.
