1. Engineering management and operationability of 12 palm oil mills with most capacity of 60 T/hr mills. 2. Responsible for OER and Oil Losses of the mills. Managed to lower average oil losses from ~ 1.65 - 1.80% to the range of ~1.45 - 1.55%, without empty bunch press (annual CPO savings of approx USD 7 - 8 million from oil losses reduction). Monitoring of crop quality, loose fruit collection and palm waste at mill, OER increment from circa of average OER 23% (in 2023) to 24% (in 2023 and ongoing). 3. Manage and responsible 2 Biogas - BioCNG plants. Biogas used for power and BioCNG used for estate vehicles and estate / mill gensets 4. Manage engineering activities for group such as infra such as bridges across river, new mill contruction, KCP upgrading and new Biogas - BioCnG plants (for zero diesel usage).

Project location is in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia Managing on the engineering and projects for the greenfield oil palm plantation for a foreign investment company, such as estate bridges, warehouse, workshop, electrical transformers, water wells, new office, executive-staff-workers houses and other infrastructures for a 20,000 ha of land. Managing greenfield project of setting up and constructing a palm oil mill factory with a capacity of 60 T/hour. Works involving EIA, land title, all permits application, land clearing, design, construction, commissioning and operations of the milling factory. It will be the first in SEA within the group. Overlook on potential renewable energy projects such solar, biogas and biomass or other potential renewable.

Report directly to the Executive Director and assist the Managing Director from time to time on assignments and projects. Business / project development on RE and potential projects related to energetic purpose and for CDM. Explore any opportunities on co-investment, SPV and other mechanism for project investment. Perform due diligence from technical (as well as financial) aspects of technology (biogas) and existing running plants in SEA. Part of investment team looking at various portfolios in SEA. Project Manager for Malaysia Airlines project on energy efficiency and carbon footprint related to EU-ETS.

- Assist the Director of Originations on potential business development and origination of projects for South East Asia. Increase the bandwith of projects for the company. Business covers palm oil mills, cassava, landfills, biomass and CNG upgrading. - Evaluate and analyse technology providers for biogas projects invested by GenPower. - Responsible and setup the Department of Construction to overlook construction processes among the technology providers. - Responsible and setup the Department of Operations to overlook the operations of each biogas plant constructed. - Participate in the CDM activities with the internal CDM department within the company.

- Meeting potential new clients and prepare pre-feasibility / feasibility studies and calculations for potential biogas projects. - Commercial works and business developments with potential clients, local, in SEA and Africa (Ghana, Gabon and Nigeria). Collaborated with CIRAD (http://www.cirad.fr/en), the French Agricultural Research in West Africa. - Perform site visits at potential site location for pre- feasibility study / feasibility studies and study plant characteristics. Visits to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Indonesia (Kalimantan and Sumatera) Thailand and West Africa (Ghana, Gabon and Nigeria - SIAT of Belgium - GOPDC Ghana, Siat Gabon, Presco Nigeria). - Involved in plant construction and commissioning phases for Malaysia and Indonesia. - Pioneer in office setup for SEA in Malaysia from office management, human resource, business development to construction and operations in biogas plants related to CDM. - Attended training in South America (Honduras and Colombia) on biogas plants in palm oil mill and other industries and introduction to the South America operations team. - Project Manager for the first biogas plant in South East Asia for Biotec. - Involved in the Clean Development Mechanism aspects and Project Design Document (PDD) for the 1st project for Biotec in SEA. - Responsible for obtaining the Bio-Nexus Status from Ministry of Finance for Biotec International Asia Sdn Bhd which is 10 years tax free. - Managing of the Operations Department in SEA and work together with R&D Head for biogas plant optimization and improvements especially in anaerobic digestion in various heavily loaded effluents. - Participated for the 1st plant operations, design and process and calculations for new biogas plants in South East Asia as well as commissioning of the biogas plant. - Setup O&M manuals and train new plant supervisors and operators for each biogas plant for SEA region.

- Project Management in plant upgrades, plant refurbishment, new production line installation. - Engineering works involving production, HVAC, wastewater, parking lot automation and others. - New Product Development Committee for new product testing and commercialization

- Worked and managed 3 different palm oil mills in Malaysia. Experienced in managing mills which were labour intensive (30 years old mills). - Experienced in palm oil mill commissioning and taking over new plant for operations. - Manage day to day operations involving: a) Mill operations b) Mill maintenance c) Mill admin d) Logistics and CPO despatches e) Human resource f) ISO certification g) Workers housing h) Factory security
