Contract: Engineering, Procurement & Construction Contract Client: Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) Responsibilities: Managed many Oil production (major and minor) projects simultaneously from initiation stage until close out and handed over to client as main responsible person.

Contract: Engineering and Maintenance Services contract (EMC) - Oman Client: Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) Responsibilities: - Managing the projects from initiation kick off to close out. - Developing the project budget and schedule based on allocated scope of work (SOW), client approved CTR and project approved changes (PCN) to achieve the specified deliverables. - Conducting Design review, IPF and HAZOP review meetings. - Conducting Progress review meetings with internal departments as well as client. - Initiating project material procurement through SAP system, monitoring material tracking sheet (MTS), liaising with client and supply chain team to placing order up to material delivery. - Initiating project scope of work (SOW) & approved estimation, monitoring cost and budget report, project plan along with shutdown requirements to achieve proposed milestones. - Managing the project reporting, interface definition, liaison with Engineering, Procurement, Site construction, subcontractors, vendors and client. - Providing proper solution on project issues during each phase of individual EPC projects. - Co-ordination with QA/QC and Technical Safety department to assure the compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

Muscat MAF Refinery – Utility & Power Plant - OMAN Client: Oman oil Refineries & Petrochemical Co. (Orpic) Responsibilities: - Developed the cost management structure in Project and managed Project cost and budget. - Main Responsible person until Project closeout, punch removal and guarantee period. - Main coordinator between Project team sub-contractors & vendor supervisors. - Developed the cost management procedures Rollout on Company standard basis, as appropriate for each Project's life cycle development & execution phase. - Assisted Project manager directly to manage the Project on preferred schedule basis. - Supported Project team for Troubleshooting of equipment’s fail during commissioning. If any - Managed Project team to remove defects after Incident with preparing detail inspection report, defect removal Method Statement and work managing until finishing. - Prepared Job detail execution plan with all required resources (Manpower, Method, tools and Material- Included quality and quantity) along with Cost Management Plan.

Project: Direct Reduction Iron & Material handling Plants Projects - IRAN Position: Senior Project Engineer Project1: Hormozgan Direct Reduction & Material handling Plants for National Iranian Steel Company (NISCO) Project2: Shadegan Direct reduction & Material handling Plants for National Iranian Steel Company (NISCO) And Four Other Projects: Neiriz, Mianeh, Baft and Charmahal Direct reduction, Material handling or Steel making plants Responsibilities: Management and coordination in engineering department such as: - Main coordinator between all engineering disciplines as well as Client. - To review the basic documents of Projects. - To review the offers from engineering sub-contractors and verify it. - To Coordinate sub-contractor’s activity for outsource engineering including their invoices. - To collect and finalize prepared comments and improved the document’s contents. - Direct Cooperation with procurement department for procurement engineering. - Involved on Company Projects value for each phase during preparing tender proposal. - Implemented cost breakdown structures (CBS) from the estimate in line with the Work Breakdown Structure WBS.

Project: ABTEYMOUR Gas Compressor Station- AMAK Project- IRAN Client: National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Responsibilities: - Collected all available Project documents/certificates and status report prepared. - Prepared cost breakdown structures (CBS) on very tight compensation planning cycle basis. - Coordinated budget resources (invoicing / planning) and managed Project costs. - Acted as main coordinator with Client on all aspects. - Managed and coordinated whole site multi discipline activities with team leaders (more than 42’500 Inch Dia piping work and 70 km cable laying) on construction phase. - Managed the Project during pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand over to Client.

Project: The goal of AMAK EPC Project was gathering, compressing, dehydration and sweetening of the sour associated gases, which were being flared in seven production units. Transferring of the sweeten gas to LNG plant and the acid gas to the petrochemical complex. Project contract was more than $5oo Million and included seven sites in different locations. Responsibilities: For Project Engineer in Unit AHWAZ-2 (2005-2006): - Delivered Project from sub-contractor after their scope out because of very long delay. - Prepared emergency compensation plan of Project. - Managed the Project along with cost & invoicing with cooperation of planning Dept. - Assigned new sub-contractors, expedite the sequences and finished all remained work. - Managed and supervised commissioning the plant. - Removed plant punches and delivered to Client (National Iranian Oil Company-NIOC. For Project Commissioning Coordinator (2004-2005): - Acted as main coordination point for commissioning departments. - Organized and supervised commissioning plan along with planning department. - Responsible for preparation of commissioning ITP, test report formats and all method statement or procedures. - Received the work completion certificate from each site, certify the work completion or issued the commissioning punch list, choosing test time and inviting vendor represent and Client as well. For Project Engineer in Unit AHWAZ-3 (2003-2004): - Engineering documents / drawings checked, reviewed and updated. - Managed and supervised sub-contractor’s activities. - Material control and responding to contractor technical queries. - Cooperated planning department to achieve targets and preparing periodic reports. - Sub-contractors invoice control and checking.

Project: 3rd methanol unit in FANAVARAN Petrochemical complex (Bandar Imam, Iran) for National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Project: Acetic acid & carbon monoxide units in FANAVARAN Petrochemical complex (Bandar Imam, Iran) for National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Responsibilities: - Acted as responsible engineer with all Client’s authority as a part of BINA Company Project team in MC (Management consultant) contract with National Petrochemical Company (NPC). - Supervised and expedited contractor’s activities. - Certified executed works by Contractors and inspected by QC team. - Contractor’s invoices checked and related payment verified. - Contractor’s technical queries (TQ) answered with cooperation of field engineering Dept.
