• Collaborating with the proposal team (sales, purchasing, production, quality control, and finance) to ensure that proposal pricing/costing and customer requests comply with all regulations (API 596, API 6D, API 600, API 623, ASME B16.5), • Communicate with internal for a smooth production process, • Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry conditions, developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets, and market research, meeting with the development team to discuss product ideas, • Devising work-holding solutions that reduce set-up times, determining the methods and the sequencing of operations, ensuring that jigs and tools function with proper angles/contours, • Creating commercial items and procedures, • Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data. Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.

• Communicate with customers for shipments update (End-to-end shipments & Handover shipments) • Communicate with internal for smooth shipments process • Support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, transfer of customer requirements into KN system • To resolve, analyze all customer concern and gives solutions • Communicate with KN Origin in overseas, on purpose to make database for customer attrition.

• Measuring total amount of cargo by doing a calculation of cargo to be unloaded or loaded, either on ships or in shore tanks, • Supervise unloading and loading process, • Become an intermediary between the ship and the terminal if there is was a deviation.

• Inspection of the welding result using Penetrant Test, • Verifying and measure plate size and thickness in accordance with the request using Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, • Inspect the thickness off hull plate using Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, • Help monitoring the process of ship repair to ensure the quality of production.

My final project was design Oil Tanker Ship 3502 DWT which load Pertamax (Fuel Oil).
